Pricing
Hand entry is free in every tier and without one: mix designs, pours, typed-in tickets, every check, the pour record and the workbook export. A tier buys AI reads of ticket photos and mix-design documents for a workspace. Every invited member of an organization shares its allowance; seats are unlimited and must use the organization's email domain.

Every tier starts with a 7-day free trial, once per person and workspace. A card is needed to start, and the tier bills when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
How the allowance works
- A document is one ticket photo or one mix-design file read by AI. A read that fails is not counted or charged.
- The allowance resets each billing period. Unused documents do not carry over.
- Past the allowance, each further document is charged at the tier's rate above and added to the next subscription invoice (or the organization's monthly invoice when it is invoiced).
- Without a tier, each document is charged to prepaid credit at a rate that follows the size of the document; the figure above is a typical single-page ticket photo.
- Every tier and any positive prepaid balance includes MCP access for AI assistants.
Subscribe from the Billing page. Organizations that prefer a monthly invoice with net terms can request it from their organization page.
