Terms of service
Effective 2026-11-03. These terms govern BatchTicket at https://batchticket.com, its installable app, its MCP server and its public plugins (together, the "Service"), operated by Anvil Rock Road LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them and to the privacy policy.
1. What the Service does, and does not do
BatchTicket records ready-mix batch tickets and compares each batched quantity with the approved mix design you entered, using the tolerances of ASTM C94 or the ones you configure. It reports whether each quantity is within tolerance, the water-cementitious ratio as delivered, haul and discharge times, field tests and yield, and keeps a record of each pour.
PASS and FAIL state whether a batched quantity is within the mix design's tolerance (ASTM C94); ACCEPT means every check passed and nothing required was blank. They are not an acceptance decision. Whether a load is placed is the judgement and agreement of the owner's representative and the organization placing the concrete.
The Service is a bookkeeping and arithmetic tool. It is not engineering advice, not an inspection, not a materials certification and not a substitute for the project specifications, the governing standards or the judgement of the people on site. You are responsible for entering the correct mix design and tolerances, for verifying every value the Service reads from a photograph or document before relying on it, and for every decision taken about a load.
2. Accounts and organizations
- You must be at least 18 and use the Service for business purposes. Give accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by AI tools and API keys you connect. Keep your credentials private and tell us at once if they are compromised.
- An organization is created by one person and administered by its owners and administrators, who control who joins, what they can see, and the organization's billing. Rows created in an organization's workspace belong to the organization, not to the member who entered them.
- When you sign in through another provider (Google, Microsoft, Procore, HCSS, Trimble), that provider's terms also apply to your use of it.
3. Fees
- Hand entry is free. Entering mix designs and tickets, checking them, exporting workbooks and generating pour records cost nothing.
- Tiers. A subscription tier (Base, Pro or GC) is bought for a workspace, an organization or a personal one, and includes the number of AI-read documents per billing period shown on the pricing page. Every invited member of the organization shares that allowance; seats are unlimited but must use the organization's email domain. Unused documents do not carry over. Each document past the allowance is charged at the tier's per-document price and added to the next subscription invoice, or to the organization's monthly invoice when it is invoiced; where neither applies it is charged to the uploader's prepaid balance.
- Reads without a tier are charged per document to prepaid credit at a rate that follows the size of the document. Uploading a photograph or document is your acceptance of the charge for that read. An amount is reserved when the read starts and settled to the actual charge when it finishes, which is then listed under Uploads; a read that fails is not counted or charged.
- Prepaid credit is bought in advance, does not expire while the account is open, is not transferable, and is refundable only where the law requires. Unused credit is forfeited when an account is closed for breach.
- Free trial. A first tier starts with the free trial shown on the pricing page, once per person and workspace. A payment method is required to start it. The tier is charged when the trial ends and renews monthly unless you cancel before then, which you can do from the Billing page.
- A tier renews each period until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and the current period runs to its end, with its remaining allowance.
- Invoiced organizations pay monthly for the usage recorded during the month, on the terms stated on the invoice. Late invoices may suspend metered features for the organization until paid.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes you are liable for. We may change prices with at least thirty days' notice by email or on the Billing page; the change applies to charges after the notice period.
4. Your content
You own the mix designs, tickets, photographs, documents and records you put into the Service. You give us the right to store, process, display, transmit and back them up as needed to run the Service for you and your organization, including sending files to AI extraction when you request a read and to a connected destination when you link a pour to it. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. You may export your work at any time.
We use your content to study concrete production across organizations only if your organization administrator opts in, and then only in aggregate, as the privacy policy describes.
5. Acceptable use
Do not: use the Service for anything unlawful; upload content you have no right to share or that contains malicious code; try to reach another organization's data or another user's account; probe, overload or disrupt the Service; circumvent billing or usage limits; scrape or copy the Service other than through the MCP server and API we publish; resell access without our written agreement; or misrepresent the Service's output as an inspection, certification or acceptance.
6. AI tools, MCP and API keys
You may connect AI assistants and your own software to your account over MCP or with an API key. Those tools act as you, see what you see, and are bound by these terms through you. Review each connection request, deny any you do not recognise, and disconnect tools you stop using from your Account page. Output produced by a connected tool is that tool's output, not ours.
7. Third-party services
Deliveries to Procore and other connected systems are made as you, under your credentials, into projects you choose. We are not responsible for how those systems store or show what you send, for their availability, or for changes they make that break a connection. Sign-in providers, Stripe, Postmark, Railway and Anthropic each operate under their own terms.
8. Our property
The Service, its software, design, documentation, plugins and name belong to Anvil Rock Road LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your business; nothing else is transferred. Suggestions you send us may be used without obligation to you.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change, add or retire features, and will try to give reasonable notice of changes that remove something you rely on.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@batchticket.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, has unpaid invoices, or creates risk for other users, with notice where practical. After closure your personal workspace is deleted and organization rows stay with the organization, as the privacy policy describes. Sections 1, 4, 8 and 11 to 14 survive closure.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that values read by AI are correct, that a PASS means a load conforms to a specification, or that a FAIL means it does not.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Anvil Rock Road LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, cost of substitute goods, or any loss arising from concrete placed, rejected, removed or repaired, however caused. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and hold Anvil Rock Road LLC harmless from claims and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms, including claims about concrete placed or rejected on a project where the Service was used.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each side will try in good faith to resolve the dispute by email for thirty days. Claims must be brought individually, not as a class.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We update the effective date above and, for material changes, email account holders at least fourteen days before they take effect. Continued use after that is acceptance of the new terms.
