Guide
BatchTicket checks each ready-mix batch ticket against the approved mix design. Here is the whole loop.
1. Add the mix design
Upload the submittal sheet (photo, PDF or spreadsheet) or type it in. Compare what was read with the sheet before relying on it.
2. Start a pour
A pour is one placement. Choose the job and the mix. Connected Procore projects appear as jobs, and pours on them deliver there.
3. Add each load
- Camera: on a phone or tablet, tap the camera and photograph the ticket. A clear photo is read straight away.
- Upload image: pick a photo or PDF you already have.
- Enter by hand: type the ticket in. This is always free.
4. Review the load
Values to verify are marked on the ticket, and each check shows PASS or FAIL. A load with anything open stays at REVIEW. These results support your review; they are not an acceptance decision.
5. Finish the pour
Finishing locks the tickets and issues the pour record: a PDF, a workbook and the ticket images. Reopening and finishing again issues the next version.
When a mix changes
Add a new revision from the mix design's page, or upload the new sheet. Open and finished pours keep the revision they were checked against; new pours use the new one. A revision with loads can't be edited.
Working with a team
Create an organization under your verified work email, then invite your colleagues. Seats are unlimited and use your company's email domain. Everyone shares the organization's mix designs, pours and allowance.
Free trial and pricing
Each tier starts with a 7-day free trial, once per person and workspace. A card is needed to start it, and the tier bills when the trial ends unless you cancel first. See pricing.
